Electronic applications
Subregulation 1
Without prejudice to the Act, where a person intends to make a claim, an objection or an application, he may do so using the electronic system provided by the Government for that purpose.
Subregulation 2
Any such claim, objection or application made using the electronic system provided by the Government for that purpose shall —
be made in accordance with such directions as may be specified —
in the appropriate form for a claim or an objection or application, as the case may be; or
by the electronic system;
be made within such time as may be delimited by the Act for a claim or an objection or application;
be accompanied by the payment of such fee as may be prescribed by or under the Act for a claim or an objection or application, as the case may be; and
be regarded to have been made only when received at the office of the Registration Officer in Singapore.
