Subregulation 1
The Registrar shall publish a journal containing particulars of applications for and grant of patents and other proceedings under the Act and any other information that he may deem to be generally useful or important.
Subregulation 2
The journal shall be entitled “The Patents Journal”.
Subregulation 3

Unless the Registrar otherwise directs, the journal shall be published weekly.
