Regulation 115
The Registrar may from time to time publish reports of —
(a)
cases relating to patents decided by him; and
(b)
cases relating to patents (whether under the Act or otherwise) decided by any court or body (whether in Singapore or elsewhere),being cases which he considers to be generally useful or important.
