Regulation 12

Where an order is made under section 20 that an application for a patent shall proceed in the name of one or more persons none of whom was an original applicant, the Registrar shall notify all original applicants and their licensees, of whom he is aware, of the making of the order.

A person notified under paragraph (1) may make a request under section 23 (3) within 2 months from the date of the notification received from the Registrar.
