Regulation 14

An application under section 20(5) for authority to do anything on behalf of a person to whom directions have been given under section 20(2)(d) or (4) shall be made in writing and shall be accompanied by a statement setting out fully all the facts upon which the applicant relies and the nature of the authorisation sought.

The applicant shall, at the time the application and the statement are filed, serve on the person alleged to have failed to comply with the directions a copy of the application and a copy of the statement.

The Registrar may give such directions as he may think fit with regard to any aspect of the procedure for the application.
