An application under section 47(3) for authority to do anything on behalf of a person to whom directions have been given under section 47(2)(d) shall be made in writing and shall be accompanied by a statement setting out fully the facts upon which the applicant relies and the nature of the authorisation sought.

The applicant shall, at the time the application and statement are filed, serve on the person referred to in paragraph (1) a copy of the application and a copy of the statement.

The Registrar may give such directions as he may think fit with regard to any aspect of the procedure for the application.
