Regulation 68

Where an order is made under section 47 that a patent shall be transferred to one or more persons none of whom was an old proprietor of it or that a person other than an old proprietor may make a new application for a patent, a request under section 48 (3) for the grant of a licence to continue working or, as the case may be, to work the invention shall be made within 2 months from the date of notification by the Registrar of the making of the order.

Where such an order is made, the Registrar shall notify the old proprietor or proprietors, and their licensees of whom he is aware, of the making of the order.
