306. Abetment of suicide or attempted suicide

Amended

Last amended by an amending law of 2019.

If any person attempts or commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such attempted suicide or suicide shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to fine.
