401. Punishment for belonging to gang of thieves

Last amended by an amending law of 2025. 2 amendments in all.

Whoever shall belong to any gang of persons associated for the purpose of habitually committing theft or robbery, and not being gang-robbers, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years.
