Amendment of section 167
Section 167 of the Penal Code is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “document” wherever it appears, the words “or electronic record”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Public servant framing an incorrect document or electronic record with intent to cause injury”.
