Clause 36
Section 175 of the Penal Code is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “document” wherever it appears, the words “or electronic record”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Omission to produce a document or an electronic record to a public servant by a person legally bound to produce such document or electronic record”.
