Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Personal Data Protection (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 September 2026.
Amendment of regulation 1A
In the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 63/2021), in regulation 1A —
in paragraph (1), replace sub-paragraph (a) with —“(a)in a record relating to the organisation that is made available on the Internet website of the Commission at https://www.pdpc.gov.sg;”; and
replace paragraph (2) with —“(2) In paragraph (1), “official website”, for an organisation, means a website that is accessible by the public and through which the organisation provides information about the organisation to the public.”.
