Regulation 19
Waiver
Subregulation 1
The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, waive any fee or part thereof payable under these Regulations.
Subregulation 2
A waiver granted under paragraph (1) may be notified in writing to the person concerned, and need not be published in the Gazette.
