This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 149/2013), in the Schedule —
replace item 62A with — “62A.Skills and Workforce Development Agency Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026”; and
delete item 67.
