Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 20th March 2013.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 20th March 2013.
Statutory bodies specified to be public agencies
The statutory bodies specified in the Schedule shall be public agencies for the purposes of the Act.
