Clause 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Pharmacy Board established under subsection (1) of section 3;“register” means the register of pharmacists maintained in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 5;“registered” means registered in the register, and cognate expressions shall be costrued accordingly;“registered pharmacist” means a person whose name is registered in the register.
