The Medal shall be silver and round in shape. On the obverse side, it shall bear a quadri-service design with a shield emblazoned with a crescent moon and 5 stars in the centre. On the reverse side, it shall bear the inscription “PINGAT BAKTI SETIA (TENTERA)” and the State Crest.
The Medal shall be of the design set out in the Schedule.
