Regulation 11

The Pingat Kehormatan (The Medal of Honour) Rules 1970 (G.N. No. S 199/70) (hereafter referred to as the revoked Rules) are revoked.

Any reason to whom the Medal of Honour and any Bar thereto have been awarded under the revoked Rules is deemed to have been awarded the Medal and Bar under these Rules.
