Regulation 4

The Medal shall be brass-based, 45 millimetres in length, 40 millimetres in width and 3 millimetres in thickness. The Medal shall be of a star-studded white enamel surrounding an oval-shaped medallion with a three-dimensional tri-service design centrally located on it. The medallion is supported by laurels. All the metallic portions and the stars surrounding the Medal will be in gold, silver or bronze, as the case may be.
