Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation for Specified Property) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 2
In the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation for Specified Property) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 411/2015), in paragraph 2 —
delete the definition of “home for the aged”; and
after the definition of “monument”, insert —“ “sheltered home” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Social Residential Homes Act 2025;”.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation for Specified Property) Notification 2015, in the First Schedule, in item 11, replace “home for the aged” with “sheltered home”.
