—(1) A person that satisfies the criteria to be a platform operator under section 4 must notify the Commissioner of that fact —(a)within the prescribed time; and(b)in the form and manner that the Commissioner requires.(2) A notification under subsection (1) must —(a)include the name and particulars of the person notifying and any other particulars prescribed; and(b)be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.(3) The Commissioner may, in relation to a notification submitted in accordance with subsection (1), require the person notifying to provide any other information or document that the Commissioner requires.

s 8Platform operator must notify Commissioner

(1)
