Related amendment to Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act 1960

Section 3(3) of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act 1960 is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “convicted of an offence under this section”, the words “for driving a motor vehicle in contravention of this section”.
