Section 69

Any person enrolled under section 60(1)(b) who fails without reasonable excuse to attend any training and instruction or perform any duty which he is by virtue of regulations made under this Part from time to time required to attend or perform shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
