39. Aiding, etc., commission of service offence

(a)
aids, abets, counsels or procures;
(b)
incites to, urges or encourages; or
(c)
commands or orders,the commission of a service offence shall be guilty of the service offence.

“service offence” means —(a)in relation to a police officer, an offence punishable under Part 3; and(b)in relation to a special police officer, an offence punishable under Part 8;
