52. Proceedings not open to public

A committee of inquiry must not sit in public.

Defined · s 2
“committee of inquiry” means a committee of inquiry established under Part 4;
(2)
No person is allowed —
(a)
to attend the proceedings of a committee of inquiry; or
(b)
to address a committee of inquiry,except with the permission of the chairperson or if the Minister so directs.
