65. Remedy by civil proceedings
Feedback & supportNotwithstanding anything in sections 62 to 64 and section 140, the Authority may recover by civil proceedings any dues, rates, expenses, costs, or, in case of sale, the balance thereof, when the proceeds of sale are insufficient, or any penalties or fines payable to or recoverable by the Authority under this Act or any regulations or orders made thereunder.[62
