44. Annual statement of accounts

The Bank shall, within two months of the Auditor’s annual report, send to the Minister a statement of accounts and the balance-sheet in respect of the year for which the accounts were audited, signed by the Chairman and certified by the Auditor, together with a copy of the Auditor’s report of the annual accounts.
