26. Advisory guidelines

(1)
The Postal Authority may make advisory guidelines about any aspect of postal services and postal systems.
(2)
Advisory guidelines, for example, may be made about —
(a)
any matter in respect of which codes of practice and standards of performance may be made under section 24; or
(b)
the use, construction, design or performance of anything relating to postal systems or postal services.
(3)
The Postal Authority must —
(a)
give a copy of each advisory guideline to the Minister; and
(b)
publish each advisory guideline in the way the Postal Authority thinks fit.
