Amendment of section 36

Section 36(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a public postal licensee” in the 1st and 2nd lines of paragraph (a) and substituting the words “the Postal Authority”;

(b)

by deleting the words “a public postal licensee” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “the Postal Authority”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both” in the 13th, penultimate and last lines.
