Amendment of section 37
Section 37 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “public postal licensee” in paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “postal licensee”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both” in the 16th, penultimate and last lines.
