Regulation 6

Savings and transitional provisions

Notwithstanding the revocation of the Telecommunication (Class Licence for Postal Services) Regulations (Cap. 323, Rg 11), any class licence granted under the revoked Regulations shall, unless revoked, suspended or cancelled, and in so far as it is not inconsistent with these Regulations —

(a)

continue and be deemed to be a class licence under these Regulations; and

(b)

be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Schedule.
