Regulation 11
Extension of time, etc.
The Postal Authority may reduce or extend the time required by these Regulations, or waive any other requirement in regulation 6(3), 7(5) or (6), 8(3) or 9(1)(a) or (b), for the giving of any notice or making of any application if it is satisfied, on application —
that the person required to give the notice or make the application is unable to comply with the requirement due to circumstances beyond the person’s reasonable control;
that requiring the person to comply with the requirement would be unduly burdensome for the person or would prejudice the legitimate commercial interests of the person; or
that a reduction or extension of any such time would be otherwise appropriate having regard to the circumstances of the case.
