Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Postal Services (Designated Postal Licensees) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 10th September 2007.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Postal Services (Designated Postal Licensees) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 10th September 2007.
Designated postal licensees
The Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby declares Singapore Post Limited and any other public postal licensee to be designated postal licensees for the purposes of Part IVA of the Act.
