No. S 63Trustees Act(Chapter 337)Power to Invest – Applicable to All Statutory BoardsIt is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Trustees Act, the Minister for Law has directed that the power to invest in any manner mentioned in Parts II and III of the First Schedule to the Act shall apply to all statutory boards which are empowered by any written law to make the like investments as trustees are for the time being authorised by law to make.[LAW 06/011/029 V2; AG/LEG/SL/337/97/1 Vol.1]
