6. Directions by Minister

The Minister may give any directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to the performance of the functions and the exercise of its powers by the Board and the Board must give effect to those directions.

“Board” means the National Heritage Board established under the National Heritage Board Act 1993;

The Board must furnish the Minister with any information or facilities for obtaining information with respect to its functions in any manner and at any time that the Minister may reasonably require.
