Section 81B

All regulations made under this Act must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.

Where a writ of election has been issued under section 6 for an election, no regulations may be made under this Act until after the day of nomination or, if a poll is to be taken, until after polling day of that election.
