Amendment of section 44

Section 44 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “if the person”, the words “is an undischarged bankrupt or”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “corrupt practice” in the section heading, the word “, etc.,”.
