31. Conspiracy
Feedback & supportWhoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy, within the meaning of the Penal Code 1871, to commit an offence under this Act shall be deemed to have committed the offence and shall be liable on conviction to be punished with the punishment provided for that offence.
