Post-retirement medical benefits for members of 2001 Scheme or 2023 Scheme receiving injury allowance

An award officer may grant post-retirement medical benefits to a member of the 2001 Scheme or 2023 Scheme, based on the medical scheme that is applicable to the member on the eve of the member’s date of retirement, if that member is granted an allowance mentioned in regulation 29(1)(ii) or 30(2) or (3).
