Regulation 37
Application of this Part

This Part applies to the following persons (each called in this Part a relevant person):
(a)
any junior or senior officer appointed on or after 1 November 2001 but before 1 September 2023;
(b)
any junior or senior officer appointed before 1 November 2001 who, before that date, did not exercise the option to convert to the 2001 Scheme under regulation 33;
(c)
any junior or senior officer appointed before 1 November 2001 who, before that date, exercised the option to convert to the 2001 Scheme under regulation 33.
