Citation and commencement
This Order is the Prisons Act 1933 (Amendment of First and Second Schedules) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 17 August 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Prisons Act 1933, in the First Schedule, in item 9, after paragraph (43), insert — “(43A)Section 377BD(5) (but only if punishment is imposed under subsection (7))Production of intimate image or recording involving minor below 14 years of ageone year‑”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Prisons Act 1933, in the Second Schedule, in paragraph (6)(zzb), after “recording”, insert “and production of intimate image or recording”.
