Citation and commencement
This Order is the Prisons Act 1933 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 3 August 2026.
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Prisons Act 1933, in the Second Schedule —
in paragraph (9), delete “or” at the end;
in paragraph (10), replace the full‑stop at the end with “; or”; and
after paragraph (10), insert —“(11)is convicted of an offence under section 19B or 19C of the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993.”.
