A remission order made under section 50P —
remission order
Defined · s 2
“remission order” means a remission order made under any provision in Part 5B;
(a)
has effect for a period starting on the date of the remission order and ending at the end of the natural life of the person in respect of whom the remission order is made; and
(b)
expires at the end of the period mentioned in paragraph (a).
