Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“Committee” means —
an Employment Preparation Advisory Committee referred to in regulation 86 of the Prisons Regulations (Rg 2);
an External Placement Review Board referred to in regulation 83 of the Prisons Regulations;
a Home Detention Advisory Committee referred to in regulation 80 of the Prisons Regulations;
an Institutional Discipline Advisory Committee referred to in regulation 25 of the Prisons Regulations;
a Life Imprisonment Review Board referred to in regulation 70 of the Prisons Regulations;
a Long Imprisonment Review Board referred to in regulation 68 of the Prisons Regulations; or
a Mandatory Aftercare Advisory Committee referred to in regulation 72 of the Prisons Regulations;“member” means a member of a Committee, and includes the chairman and the deputy chairman of the Committee.
