Clause 24

Section 73 of the Prisons Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (7), the following paragraph:“(7A) any act constituting a minor prison offence under section 72, committed by one or more members or associates of a secret society in connection with the activities of any secret society, whether or not all the other members of the secret society are present;”.
