Cancellation

The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)

the Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification (N 3);

(b)

the Prisons (Declaration of Prison) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 475/2003);

(c)

the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 10/2004);

(d)

the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 262/2009);

(e)

the Prisons (Declaration of Prison) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 368/2015);

(f)

the Prisons (Declaration of Prison) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 640/2016).
