Regulation 12
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 11 —
(a)
in paragraph (3), after “a police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock-up”;
(b)
in paragraphs (3)(a) and (b), after “police lock‑up” wherever it appears, insert “or temporary lock-up”;
(c)
in paragraph (3)(a), replace “he” with “the lock‑up prisoner”;
(d)
in paragraph (3)(b), replace “his” with “the lock‑up prisoner’s”;
(e)
in paragraph (4), after “police lock‑up”, insert “or temporary lock‑up”; and
(f)
in paragraph (4), replace “him” with “the lock‑up officer”.
