Regulation 6
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 5 —
(a)
in the regulation heading, after “police lock‑ups”, insert “and temporary lock‑ups”;
(b)
after “of a police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock‑up”;
(c)
in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), after “police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock‑up”; and
(d)
in paragraph (d), replace “a police lock-up” with “the police lock‑up or temporary lock‑up”.
