71. Application of regulations 72, 73 and 74

Regulations 72, 73 and 74 apply to —
(a)
a person to whom Division 5 of Part 5B of the Act applies; and
(b)
a person to whom Division 5 of Part 5B of the Act would apply if he or she were released on a remission order.
