Section 16
If any person discloses to any other person any information obtained by or given to the firstmentioned person pursuant to this Act the firstmentioned person shall, unless the disclosure was made in the performance of his or her duty, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
